Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking, 50% of the security deposit is deemed non-refundable, reflecting the commitment made to reserve the requested item(s). In the event of cancellation, both parties will adhere to the following table. To initiate a cancellation, renters are required to notify LOTVER by 11:59 MST within the specified date range below:
If the cancellation is requested more than 90 days before the rental period start date, 50% of the security deposit will be returned via the original payment method.
If the cancellation is requested between 30 and 90 days before the rental period start date, 75% of the security deposit is forfeited and 25% of the security deposit will be returned via the original payment method.
If the cancellation is requested less than 30 days before the rental period start date, 100% of the security deposit is forfeited.
If a damage deposit was submitted to LOTVER prior to the rental start date, in the event of cancellation, 100% of the damage deposit will be returned to the client.
